Thank you for shopping with GAL SOCIETY. Please review our shipping and processing information before placing your order.

PRE-SALE ORDERS

All orders placed during our pre-sale period are considered pre-sale orders. Pre-sale items are reserved for you and will be prepared for shipment once the product is ready to be fulfilled.

Pre-sale orders are expected to begin shipping on or around 9/9/2026.

Please keep in mind that pre-sale orders may take longer to process than regular in-stock orders. By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeframe.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING

After your order has been processed, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days for delivery within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of GAL SOCIETY’s control may occur.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.

GAL SOCIETY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

GAL SOCIETY is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because pre-sale items are reserved specifically for each customer, pre-sale orders may not be canceled once they have entered processing.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Customerservice@galsocietycosmetics.com with your order number and photos of the issue so that we can review your request.
